- • Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation of electro-mechanical equipment as part of an installation team.
- • The successful applicant will act as a brand ambassador by modelling Kardex’s Core Values of Teamwork, Respect, Passion, and Reliability in every interaction with customers & colleagues.
- • The role requires flexibility and a willingness to commit time and effort to meet customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- • The Installation Technician will provide a high quality of customer service, communicate effectively with customers and the service desk, and accurately report on a visit-by-visit basis.
- • The role involves working with minimum supervision, maintaining appropriate communication, and ensuring all personal PPE is maintained.
- • The Installation Technician will work within agreed quality and health and safety standards.

- • Proven electrical background preferred.
- • Sound mechanical knowledge.
- • Motivated to work in a field role.
- • Full Driving license.
- • Technical / mechanical / electronic experience.
- • IT literate.
- • Excellent interpersonal & customer handling skills.
