📋 Description

• Institutional Fiat Client Operations is a critical role supporting Binance’s institutional clients in managing fiat currency transactions, ensuring seamless onboarding, settlement, and compliance processes for high-value crypto-fiat flows.
• The role involves daily coordination with institutional clients, internal compliance, treasury, and banking partners to facilitate fiat deposits and withdrawals, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• You will work within Binance’s Global Institutional Services team, a fast-paced, innovative unit dedicated to serving professional traders, hedge funds, asset managers, and other institutional participants in the digital asset ecosystem.
• This position offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in institutional crypto finance, cross-border payments, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within one of the world’s most influential blockchain ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in institutional finance, banking, payments, or crypto asset operations
• Strong understanding of fiat currency flows, SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and institutional KYC/AML processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and operational tracking systems; experience with blockchain analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and process orientation
