📋 Description

• • The Instructional Designer manages, designs, and develops employee learning programs aligned with organizational goals and training needs, playing a critical role in building workforce capability and supporting business performance through effective training solutions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing learning assets such as eLearning modules, instructor materials, job aids, videos, and simulations; consulting with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex content into learner-centered experiences; managing multiple projects simultaneously; and measuring training effectiveness through evaluation methods and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• • The role is part of LegalShield Corporation’s Lawyer Services department, collaborating closely with HR, IT, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to support organizational initiatives like system implementations, process changes, and transformation efforts through structured learning strategies.
• • The Instructional Designer will gain expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and learning technologies (including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and LMS platforms), while developing skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven training evaluation to advance their career in learning and development.
