- • As an Instructional Designer at OpenDeal Inc., you will be at the forefront of shaping how our employees and partners learn and grow. This pivotal role involves a deep dive into business needs, collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to architect and implement effective learning strategies. You will be instrumental in designing and developing a diverse range of performance-based learning solutions, including engaging e-learning modules, impactful videos, dynamic instructor-led sessions, and innovative blended-learning approaches.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to meticulously following established Instructional Design (ID) processes, ensuring that all learning solutions are grounded in sound adult learning principles and are delivered on time according to project timelines. You will proactively engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their learning requirements, skillfully gather and synthesize content, seek necessary clarifications, identify and communicate potential risks, provide regular status updates, and actively participate in crucial review sessions.
- • A key aspect of this role is the creation of high-quality, consistent learning materials that strictly adhere to brand guidelines and incorporate accessibility best practices. This ensures that our learning content is not only effective but also inclusive and professional.
- • You will play a critical role in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, analyzing their impact against business goals and objectives, and recommending necessary modifications to optimize learning outcomes and drive organizational success.
- • Adherence to technical specifications will be paramount as you deliver and implement materials, ensuring they meet learner needs and are compatible with hosting platform requirements. This technical proficiency ensures seamless deployment of learning solutions.
