- • The Instructional Designer will be responsible for reviewing and revising online course content to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and effective.
- • This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design high-quality learning experiences.
- • Review and analyze feedback from course participants and stakeholders.
- • Identify opportunities to optimize / improve content based on learning design best practices.
- • Create and / or update course content, including multimedia assets, assessments, and interactivities.
- • Apply instructional design principles to enhance course effectiveness and learner engagement.
- • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (project managers, design, partner implementation, account managers, etc.) and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
- • Create / update content bundles (by stitching / stacking pre-existing stand alone courses with newly developed content).
- • Stay updated on the latest e-learning trends and technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
- • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
