📋 Description
- • Join USAA as an Insurance Professional – Sales and Service, where you’ll support military members and their families by providing exceptional service, sales, and retention for Property & Casualty insurance products. This role is vital to USAA’s mission of empowering financial security through trusted advice and competitive offerings.
- • Day to day, you’ll handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, and other channels; assist with quotes, policy binding, billing, payments, underwriting, and coverage details; identify member needs to deliver accurate solutions; maintain required licenses and compliance; and operate efficiently across multiple systems in a contact center environment.
- • You’ll be part of USAA’s San Antonio Home Office team, a mission-driven organization rooted in honesty, integrity, loyalty, and service, dedicated to serving the military community with industry-leading support and career development opportunities.
- • Through a fully paid six-month training program—including licensing fees and study materials—you’ll gain expertise in personal lines insurance, develop consultative sales and service skills, earn state licenses, and build a foundation for long-term growth in insurance, finance, or member services within a stable, values-based company.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- • Up to 1 year of needs-based sales and/or customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or relevant direct customer service
- • Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty (P&C) license and state registrations within 90 days of hire (training and fees covered by USAA)
