- • As an Insurance Service Agent- Remote for CSAA Insurance Group, you will serve as a licensed insurance professional providing proficient service and support to policyholders and agents, with a primary focus on first contact resolution across multiple channels including phone, chat, text, and email. This role is essential to delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance that helps AAA members prevent, prepare for, and recover from life’s uncertainties, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing dedicated support to policyholders by explaining coverages, conducting detailed policy reviews, issuing insurance quotes for existing policies, and processing underwriting transactions within standard authority levels. You will work directly with customers via phone, web, and chat to ensure each interaction is simple, positive, and personal, while collaborating with fellow agents to build positive relationships and achieve service goals through timely resolution.
- • You will also be responsible for anticipating and proactively addressing future customer needs and pain points, cross-selling and binding applicable insurance products, coverages, and services, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, empathy, adaptability, and the ability to navigate Windows-based and web browser applications efficiently and accurately.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in property and casualty insurance, refine your customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced virtual environment, and gain experience with multi-channel support systems. You will also build confidence in navigating insurance terminology in both English and Spanish (if bilingual), processing underwriting transactions, and contributing to a culture of service excellence—positioning you for long-term growth within CSAA IG or the broader insurance industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED, or 2 years of experience in a customer-facing virtual environment using internet, phone, and chat in a fast-paced setting.
- • Ability to train and perform job duties remotely, including meeting all work-from-home requirements such as having a reliable internet connection and being on camera during training and work hours.
- • Possession of a Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines Insurance License, or commitment to obtain one within 6 months of hire (company provides study materials and covers exam costs).
