  • • As an Intake Care Associate at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting patients and clients by processing referrals for medical goods and services, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery in a compassionate, customer-focused environment.
  • • Day to day, you will reach out to patients to confirm demographic information and referral status, communicate with vendors, claims adjusters, and nurse case managers, procure appropriate vendor partners for requested services, provide quotes for client approval, and confirm billing information to move referrals through the billing workflow.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High school diploma or GED required
  • • Two (2) years of industry experience in healthcare network and patient care scheduling or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • • Strong customer service skills
  • • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
