- • As the Integrated Brand Marketing Manager – Retail & Services at Sur La Table, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies designed to amplify our renowned in-store experiences, robust retail programs, and unique service-led offerings. - • You will be responsible for the strategic development and meticulous execution of integrated marketing plans that resonate with our target audience, highlighting the unique value proposition of Sur La Table's retail and service components. This involves a deep understanding of the customer journey, identifying key moments of need and opportunity to weave the Sur La Table brand into their lives.
- • Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Store Operations, Digital, Creative, and Analytics, to ensure a cohesive and impactful go-to-market strategy. Your insights and leadership will guide the 'what' for Retail & Services initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and business goals.
- • A core aspect of this role involves crafting customer-led strategies that seamlessly integrate store experiences, specialized services (such as culinary classes and private events), and everyday moments of need with Sur La Table's brand equity. You will translate these strategies into actionable marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, and increased lifetime value.
- • You will own the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution and analysis. This includes defining campaign objectives, target audiences, key messaging, channel strategies, and measurement frameworks, ensuring all activities are designed to achieve measurable commercial outcomes and enhance brand perception.
- • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the retail landscape and the evolving consumer. You will leverage market research, competitive analysis, and customer data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform marketing strategies for our diverse range of products and services.
- • You will be responsible for managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI, and tracking campaign performance against key metrics. This includes providing regular reports and insights to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for optimization.
- • Developing compelling narratives and creative briefs that inspire our internal teams and external partners to bring the Sur La Table brand to life across all touchpoints. You will ensure that all marketing communications are on-brand, consistent, and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our retail and service offerings.
- • You will play a key role in elevating the Sur La Table brand within the competitive retail and culinary services market. This involves understanding our unique selling propositions – from our exclusive and premium-quality goods to our unparalleled culinary expertise and inspiration – and translating these into impactful marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, with a strong focus on retail and/or service-based businesses.
- • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing plans and campaigns that drive measurable results.
- • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital, social, email, in-store, and experiential marketing.
- • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- • Experience in the culinary, home goods, or lifestyle retail sectors is a plus.
