- • Develop and execute measurable demand creation programs that directly contribute to revenue growth and pipeline development for Avanath Capital Management.
- • Strategically manage multi-channel, multi-tactic marketing programs, encompassing email marketing, organic social media engagement, paid social advertising, broader paid media campaigns, informative webinars, and engaging virtual events.
- • Foster close collaboration with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Sales teams to conceptualize and implement integrated campaigns designed to generate demand and build a robust sales pipeline within core markets and specific market segments.
- • Work in tandem with the Marketing Operations team to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of all marketing campaigns across the company's marketing technology stack, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflow.
- • Take full ownership of integrated programs and campaigns, utilizing project management tools like Asana to meticulously build clear project plans, coordinate the delivery of all necessary components, assign resources effectively, communicate the status of deliverables transparently, and ensure all projects remain on schedule.
- • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of all programs and campaigns, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement, optimization, and refinement to maximize ROI.
- • Provide regular, comprehensive updates to key stakeholders regarding lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and ultimately, the revenue generated as a direct result of marketing initiatives.
- • Facilitate a thorough marketing program retrospective upon the completion of each major marketing program to capture lessons learned, best practices, and areas for future enhancement.
- • Develop a deep and expert understanding of the company's lead funnel, from initial awareness to conversion, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for optimization.
- • Undertake other job duties as assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to broader marketing objectives.
- • Translate strategic business objectives into actionable, market-specific marketing programs that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.
