📋 Description
- • As an Integrated Marketing Manager at Plaud AI Inc., you will lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels for the Japan market, driving brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer retention through full-funnel strategies.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives including PR, social media, influencer/KOL marketing, paid media, CRM, retail, and e-commerce, while working closely with creative/design teams to produce high-performing localized assets for digital ads, landing pages, Amazon, retail, and social platforms.
- • Plaud AI Inc. is a global, high-growth AI startup founded in 2023, headquartered in San Francisco with operations in Tokyo, building the world’s most trusted AI work companion to augment human intelligence, serving over 2 million users and on track to reach $250M in annual revenue.
- • In this role, you will analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as traffic, engagement, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and organic growth to optimize results, directly contributing to Plaud’s mission of designing the future of human-AI interaction while gaining experience in a fast-paced, innovative, and globally collaborative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of experience in IMC, brand marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- • Strong understanding of the Japanese consumer market and local media ecosystem
- • Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through integrated campaigns
- • Strong project management and communication skills
- • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
