- • As an Integrated Producer, Social at OpenAI, you will be at the forefront of shaping how groundbreaking artificial intelligence is understood and experienced by the world. This role is integral to the creative team's mission of translating complex AI advancements into compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate globally.
- • You will be instrumental in building and scaling OpenAI’s creative production capabilities, working both with internal teams and a network of trusted external vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a robust production strategy that ensures the flawless execution of marketing campaigns and meticulous management of budgets across the entire marketing organization.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a proven history of leading large-scale, multi-faceted productions and has a knack for developing efficient processes that empower the creation of iconic and impactful creative work. You will also play a key role in growing and leading a high-performing production team, essential for supporting OpenAI’s ambitious global growth objectives.
- • A core aspect of this role involves leading integrated campaign strategy. You will collaborate closely with Strategy, Business, Product, and Operations teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives. This includes managing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence wherever our audience engages.
- • Driving cross-functional collaboration is paramount. You will act as a central point of contact, partnering effectively with teams across Product, Product Marketing, Business Marketing, Communications, Global Affairs, and Creative. This ensures that all campaign elements are integrated seamlessly, leading to a unified and powerful brand message.
- • You will own the end-to-end campaign execution lifecycle. This encompasses meticulous planning, agile execution, and insightful post-launch analysis of integrated campaigns. Your involvement will span from the initial brief and conceptual development stages right through to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed their objectives.
- • Establishing scalable and efficient production processes and best practices is a key deliverable. You will be responsible for building frameworks that guarantee the seamless and consistent execution of integrated campaigns on a global scale, maintaining quality and brand integrity across all markets.
- • Overseeing localization and adaptation will be critical for global success. You will develop a strategic and scalable approach to tailoring content, messaging, and creative assets for diverse cultural contexts, thereby enhancing cultural relevance and maximizing effectiveness in international markets.
- • Vendor and budget management are significant components of this role. You will be tasked with identifying, onboarding, and managing production vendors and agencies, ensuring they align with OpenAI's standards and objectives. Simultaneously, you will maintain rigorous budget stewardship, optimizing spend and ensuring financial accountability.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of marketing and advertising, with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years specifically focused on integrated or campaign-driven initiatives. Prior experience within both agency environments and in-house marketing teams is highly advantageous, providing a well-rounded perspective.
- • You will demonstrate a proven success in managing cross-channel campaigns, with a strong ability to lead initiatives across digital, social media, email marketing, paid media, and event activations. A solid grasp of content marketing principles, customer journey mapping, and lead generation strategies is essential.
- • Expertise across both traditional and digital marketing channels is required, including proficiency in TV, Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, social media platforms, content creation, performance marketing, and event production.
- • Exceptional project management skills are a must. You will have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple competing priorities, consistently meeting deadlines, and driving tangible results through a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics tools to inform and refine strategy.
- • Excellent communication and influence capabilities are vital. You must be adept at collaborating across diverse disciplines and presenting effectively to executive audiences, skillfully tailoring your messaging to resonate with varied stakeholders.
- • Finally, agility and adaptability are key. You should be comfortable operating within a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess the ability to pivot strategies swiftly in response to evolving market needs and opportunities, ensuring OpenAI remains at the cutting edge of AI communication.
