đź“‹ Description

  • • As an Integration Developer for our Federal Delivery practice, you will be instrumental in architecting and implementing the connective tissue for government agencies, enabling them to build the 'Government of the Future.' This is a pivotal role where you will design and build secure, high-performance integrations between Salesforce and a multitude of external systems, including government databases, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and critical legacy infrastructure.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and efficient flow of data across key Salesforce clouds, specifically Service Cloud for backend operations, Experience Cloud for constituent-facing portals, and Marketing Cloud for automated public notifications. You will be the go-to expert for bridging the gap between Salesforce and the complex technological landscapes of federal entities.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities, particularly Agentforce (AI Agents), to automate and enhance constituent services. You will implement and optimize these AI agents, ensuring their responses are accurate, secure, and grounded in the integrated data from various systems, thereby creating hyper-efficient citizen services.
  • • You will architect and implement robust integration solutions using both custom APIs (REST, SOAP) and the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This requires a deep understanding of API design principles, data transformation, and error handling in complex, high-compliance environments.
  • • Within the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) framework, you will design and implement custom integration logic to streamline and modernize government-specific workflows. This includes critical processes such as licensing, inspections, case management, and constituent service delivery.
  • • Developing high-performance Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) will be a core part of your daily activities. These components will be essential for handling complex data transformations, orchestrating API calls, and building custom user interfaces that interact with integrated data.
  • • You will be expected to perform deep diagnostic analysis of existing legacy government information systems. This involves identifying architectural limitations, understanding data structures, and mapping out strategic, API-led migration paths to modern, cloud-based solutions.
  • • Maintaining rigorous adherence to data privacy regulations, including the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and complying with stringent government security protocols, such as FedRAMP standards, for all data in transit and at rest, is paramount.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely resolutions in a mission-critical environment.
  • • You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, define integration strategies, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a visionary mindset, capable of anticipating future integration needs and architecting scalable, future-proof solutions that align with the evolving technological landscape of government.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration methodologies and best practices, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the broader team.
  • • This is a contingent role, dependent on a successful bid award, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact project from its inception.
  • • The role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including participation in scrum ceremonies and effective backlog prioritization for complex, multi-faceted programs.
  • • You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of critical government systems, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of public services.
  • • This position offers the chance to work with a leading cloud platform (Salesforce) and advanced integration technologies (MuleSoft, AI) within a highly regulated and impactful sector.
