- • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations between Harvey’s core systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, and Snowflake using iPaaS platforms and custom code.
- • Build and optimize data pipelines that enable accurate, real-time synchronization of information across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, covering opportunity management, CPQ, order creation, billing, and revenue recognition.
- • Implement reverse ETL pipelines to sync analytical data from Snowflake back into operational systems used by GTM, Finance, and People Operations teams.
- • Automate key business workflows such as employee onboarding, order management, and marketing operations through custom application workflows and no-code/low-code configurations.
- • Establish and enforce integration standards including robust error handling, comprehensive logging, proactive monitoring, and automated alerting to ensure 99.9% reliability of critical business data flows.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance Systems, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, and People Ops to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- • Create and maintain detailed integration documentation, including data flow diagrams, API specifications, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for internal team use.
- • Investigate and resolve production integration failures through root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to reduce recurrence.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Harvey’s integration platform by developing shared tooling, reusable frameworks, and best practices as the company scales beyond point-to-point automations.
- • Work with REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs, applying authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and API keys to securely connect enterprise SaaS applications.
- • Perform schema mapping and data transformation across heterogeneous systems to ensure consistency, completeness, and integrity of data moving between platforms.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly and ambiguity is common, consistently delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment on integration goals and outcomes.
- • Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical integration incidents and ensure minimal disruption to enterprise operations.
- • Support continuous improvement of the integration architecture by evaluating new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance.
