- • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Integration Project Manager to spearhead customer-facing integration projects. This pivotal role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial kickoff through successful go-live and seamless handover to support teams. You will be the central orchestrator, ensuring fluid coordination between our valued customers and our internal departments, including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Support.
- • Your core responsibility will be to meticulously manage project schedules, identify and track dependencies, oversee the procurement of necessary materials, and proactively mitigate risks. Maintaining crystal-clear communication channels and fostering exceptional customer satisfaction will be paramount to your success.
- • This is a hands-on position, ideal for a professional who excels at the nexus of technical coordination, diligent execution, and building strong client partnerships. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers successfully integrate Standard Bots' solutions into their operations.
- • As the primary point of contact for customers, you will cultivate trusted relationships through proactive engagement, transparent communication, and timely updates throughout the integration journey. You will be responsible for clearly defining and managing project scope, adhering to agreed-upon timelines, and ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met, aligning perfectly with contractual obligations and specific customer requirements.
- • You will lead critical project phases, including customer kickoffs, regular status review meetings, in-depth risk assessment discussions, and comprehensive project closeout sessions, all designed to maintain alignment, foster momentum, and ensure a shared understanding of progress.
- • A key aspect of the role involves adeptly managing change requests and scope adjustments, working collaboratively with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure these are handled efficiently and effectively, minimizing disruption and maximizing value.
- • On the project planning and execution front, you will develop and maintain meticulously detailed project plans, comprehensive schedules, and robust dependency tracking mechanisms. Your role will involve vigilant monitoring of progress against these plans and actively driving necessary actions to keep all projects firmly on track.
- • You will be the linchpin for coordinating our diverse cross-functional internal teams, including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Support, ensuring their collective efforts contribute to a smooth and successful project execution.
- • Proactive identification of potential risks, emerging issues, and critical blockers is essential. You will be empowered to implement effective mitigation strategies and escalate concerns appropriately when necessary to safeguard project success.
- • You will also be responsible for tracking project budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring delivery performance metrics to guarantee that all projects are completed not only on time but also to the highest quality standards.
- • A significant part of your role will involve procurement and logistics coordination. This includes identifying, sourcing, and ordering all necessary parts, components, materials, and third-party services required for successful customer integrations.
- • You will diligently track procurement status, monitor lead times, and manage deliveries, proactively addressing any supply chain constraints or potential delays to prevent any negative impact on project schedules.
- • Close collaboration with vendors and internal procurement partners will be crucial for resolving any issues related to ordering, fulfillment, or product quality.
- • Driving exceptional customer success is a core objective. You will achieve this by anticipating customer needs, swiftly resolving any emergent issues, and ensuring a seamless transition from the integration phase to ongoing post-integration support.
- • You will play a vital role in continuous improvement by documenting project outcomes, capturing valuable lessons learned, and gathering customer feedback to refine and enhance our future integration processes and methodologies.
- • Partnering closely with internal teams, you will contribute to the ongoing refinement of our integration workflows, the development of new tooling, and the optimization of our communication practices, ensuring Standard Bots remains at the forefront of efficient and effective integration delivery.
