- • As an Integrations Associate at Garner Health, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the eligibility and claims data feeds that power the company’s healthcare platform, directly impacting client success and product performance by ensuring accurate, reliable data flow from external partners.
- • Day to day, you will own the maintenance and improvement of existing data integration feeds, conduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate performance and troubleshoot discrepancies, collaborate with external partners such as health insurance carriers and TPAs to map files, test integrations, and resolve issues, and contribute to enhancing internal tools, documentation, and processes for greater efficiency.
- • You will join Garner Health’s Feed Integrations Team, reporting to the Feed Integrations Manager, within a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare technology company trusted by sophisticated employers and providers to redesign healthcare benefits using data-driven insights and clear incentives.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare data formats (EDI 834, 837), data integration protocols (SFTP, PGP), and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining hands-on experience solving complex data problems and contributing to a high-impact mission of transforming healthcare affordability and quality at scale.
