Integrations Associate

📋 Description

• • As an Integrations Associate at Kota Technologies Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of integrations with financial services providers such as insurers and pension providers, which are central to the company’s mission of making insurance and retirement benefits accessible and valued globally.
• • Day to day, you will participate in governance meetings to monitor integration performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, support the onboarding of new carriers and providers, maintain accurate integration documentation, and collaborate with Benefits, Compliance, Engineering, and Carrier Partnerships teams to align on requirements and improvements.
