Integrations Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Integrations Manager at Primer Technologies, you will own and elevate the end-to-end experience for partners and merchants integrating with Primer’s unified payment infrastructure, ensuring seamless, scalable, and reliable onboarding and support.
• • Day to day, you will scope, triage, and coordinate technical and product-related requests from partners and internal teams, act as a technical point of contact for partners navigating Primer’s platform and APIs, and ensure completion of all required technical, operational, and compliance processes during onboarding.
• • You will join the Partners team, which builds the foundation of seamless, scalable, and reliable payments across any provider, method, or market, sitting at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, GTM, and Engineering to drive quality-focused integration experiences.
• • In this role, you will continuously improve the partner experience by identifying opportunities to enhance integration processes through automation and smarter tooling, informed by feedback and NPS insights, while developing expertise in B2B SaaS, payments infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration.
