  • • You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our diverse clientele, encompassing both the efficient management of incidents and the delivery of insightful workflow recommendations. Your guidance will empower customers to leverage our platform's full potential, particularly concerning its integration capabilities with other essential business tools.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve the adept triage and management of customer escalations. When issues arise that require deeper technical intervention, you will serve as the crucial liaison, effectively communicating complex problems to our engineering teams and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.
  • • You will play an active role in knowledge management by meticulously documenting best practices, troubleshooting guides, and other pertinent information.
