📋 Description

• As Intellectual Property Counsel at Oxylabs, you will serve as the backbone of the company, providing critical legal support to protect and defend the organization’s intellectual property assets across global operations.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include advising cross-functional teams on IP strategy, managing patent and trademark portfolios, conducting IP risk assessments, drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements, and supporting litigation or enforcement actions when necessary.
• Oxylabs is a fast-growing team of 500+ professionals developing cutting-edge web data gathering solutions for Fortune 500 companies and other industry leaders, operating at the forefront of innovation in the Baltic region and beyond.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technology-driven IP law, collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams, and contribute to shaping the company’s long-term IP strategy while advancing your professional growth through access to extensive internal and external learning resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with expertise in intellectual property law
• Experience managing patent and trademark portfolios in a technology or SaaS environment
• Ability to draft and review IP-related agreements (e.g., licenses, assignments, NDAs)
• Strong analytical skills for conducting IP risk assessments and freedom-to-operate analyses
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative company
