- • Deliver practical, scenario-driven intelligence training to military, law enforcement, and security partners in operationally relevant environments worldwide.
- • Conduct short-duration international training engagements, typically lasting 1-2 weeks, across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
- • Instruct in core intelligence domains including Intelligence Analysis & Tradecraft, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Online Mis/Dis/Malinformation (MDM), and Source Handling & Evaluation.
- • Design and facilitate training scenarios that reflect real-world operational challenges faced by partner organizations.
- • Utilize geospatial and operational platforms such as ArcGIS, TAK, or equivalent systems to enhance training delivery and situational understanding.
- • Apply analytical tools including Gephi, i2 Analyst’s Notebook, Palantir, or similar platforms to demonstrate analytical methodologies and case-based learning.
- • Adapt instructional content to align with regional threat landscapes, partner capabilities, and mission-specific requirements.
- • Engage with diverse international audiences, ensuring clear communication and cultural awareness during training delivery.
- • Maintain operational readiness to deploy on short notice in response to client demands and evolving security contexts.
- • Collaborate with H2 Analytics’ internal team to refine training modules, provide feedback on curriculum effectiveness, and support scenario development.
- • Comply with all client-specific administrative prerequisites, which may include security clearances, insurance coverage, travel documentation, and local regulatory requirements.
- • Maintain confidentiality and operational security when handling sensitive training materials and partner data.
- • Participate in post-engagement debriefs to evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements for future iterations.
- • Contribute to the continuous evolution of H2 Analytics’ training programs through firsthand operational insights and field experience.
- • Support periodic opportunities beyond training delivery, including operational support, intelligence scenario design, or potential transition to full-time roles as the company scales.
- • Operate as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling, responding to engagement requests based on subject-matter alignment and regional needs.
- • Maintain professional fluency in a second language to effectively communicate with international partners and support localized training delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of analytical experience within military, intelligence, law enforcement, or security environments
- • Experience with geospatial and operational platforms such as ArcGIS, TAK, or equivalent systems
- • Experience with analytical tools such as Gephi, i2 Analyst’s Notebook, Palantir, or similar platforms
- • Ability to deliver practical, scenario-driven instruction in operationally relevant environments
- • Native or professional fluency in a second language
- • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice for 1-2 week engagements
