📋 Description

• • The Intensive In-Home Therapist provides critical mental health services to children and families at risk of out-of-home placement or hospitalization, delivering therapy and support directly in the home, school, or community setting.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting up to 10 hours per week of in-person counseling and case management, developing individualized treatment and crisis plans, teaching behavioral interventions to parents and school personnel, connecting families to community resources, and providing 24/7 on-call availability for urgent needs.
