📋 Description

  • Serve as the interim Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Aircall’s European operations, providing strategic HR guidance to leadership and teams based in Paris and across Europe.
  • Partner closely with department heads to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives directly support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and team scalability.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for key European roles, collaborating with recruiting teams to identify, attract, and onboard high-performing talent aligned with Aircall’s AI-driven product vision.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives by analyzing workforce data, identifying talent risks, and implementing targeted interventions to improve team cohesion and performance.
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, calibration, and feedback processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across European teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on complex employee relations matters, including performance improvement, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation, while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Champion Aircall’s culture of ownership, continuous learning, and thoughtful speed by embedding these values into HR practices and team interactions.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment on policies, tools, and programs, while adapting practices to meet regional legal and cultural requirements in Europe.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of AI-enhanced HR tools and processes that streamline administrative tasks and elevate the employee experience.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership on workforce trends, turnover, diversity metrics, and organizational health to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries from European employees and managers, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including restructuring, role design, and succession planning, to enable Aircall’s rapid scaling across European markets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations across European jurisdictions and ensure all HR practices remain compliant with local legal standards.
  • Represent HR in cross-functional projects, particularly those involving product, engineering, and customer success teams, to ensure people strategies are integrated into product-led growth initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust environment that reflects Aircall’s customer-obsessed and data-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-scaling tech company
  • Deep understanding of European employment law and labor practices
  • Strong track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  • Ability to work autonomously as an interim leader with minimal supervision
  • Experience partnering with engineering and product teams in AI-driven environments
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is required
