📋 Description

• Join Super.com as an Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer and become a pivotal technical contributor within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in tackling complex technical challenges that span both frontend and backend web development, directly contributing to the evolution of our innovative fintech, travel, eCommerce, and superapp products.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to build and enhance the core engines and frameworks that power our diverse suite of offerings. You'll primarily leverage React for frontend development, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience, while on the backend, you'll work with a robust combination of Python and Node.js microservices, designed for scalability and efficiency.
• Your responsibilities will extend to the entire project lifecycle, from initial development through to deployment, monitoring, debugging, and rigorous testing. You will have the autonomy to own features, services, caches, and databases, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

You will actively participate in cross-functional team projects, engaging with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring new ideas to life. This includes working with external stakeholders and playing a key role in shaping the roadmap for future team initiatives.

• As a key technical contributor, you will be involved in architectural discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers, contributing to the overall technical excellence of the team.
• You will work with a modern technology stack, including Gitlab for version control and CI/CD, AWS for infrastructure hosting (leveraging Kubernetes, RDS, etc.), Postgres for data storage, Redis for caching, and Snowflake for our data warehouse. We also invest heavily in monitoring and automated alerting using Datadog, and utilize Amplitude, Hotjar, and LogRocket for client-side metrics and experimentation.
• Our frontend utilizes Material-UI and we maintain our own component library, with Figma used for mock-ups. You'll also be involved in integrating with a multitude of third-party services to support our compliance, risk, and security policies.
• This role offers a clear career progression path. You can grow from an Intermediate Software Engineer into a Senior Software Engineer, and subsequently into a Staff Software Engineer or an Engineering Manager, with Super.com committed to supporting your career development.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 1 year of backend experience with Python or Node.js.
• At least 1 year of experience working with a modern frontend JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Proven experience working with web services and modern web technologies.
