• • In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of key project management activities. You will lead backlog grooming sessions, meticulously plan sprints, and actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve translating these needs into actionable user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring these product requirements are delivery-ready to support the software development lifecycle. You will also be tasked with prioritizing tasks and features to align with project goals and business value, coordinating closely with software development teams to ensure the timely completion of features, iterations, and releases. Furthermore, you will manage a software development team, providing guidance and oversight to ensure productivity and quality. Your responsibilities will extend to utilizing project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Gitlab, or AWS DevOps for effective backlog management, sprint tracking, and strategic roadmap planning. You will be expected to formulate approaches to complex problem statements, conduct research using creative strategies, and solve problems independently, demonstrating a strong ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
