Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• • Lead end-to-end execution and communication of complex, multi-stakeholder projects spanning strategy, operations, analytics, marketing, and frontline teams within the Student Success Center (SSC).
• • Translate strategic initiatives from senior leadership into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones with clear deliverables and accountability.
• • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on goals, resources, and timelines for SSC transformation initiatives.
• • Support intake, prioritization, and resource planning for a dynamic portfolio of projects and evolving business needs within the SSC.
• • Anticipate project roadblocks and dependencies, leveraging subject matter expertise to recommend solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
• • Contribute to the evolution of the SSC Project Management Office by developing, documenting, and refining scalable project management processes and operating rhythms.
• • Develop and maintain a comprehensive SSC PM playbook that captures process improvements, best practices, and institutional knowledge over time.
• • Manage documentation, issue resolution, and communication cadences to ensure stakeholder transparency and trust in project progress.
• • Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to senior stakeholders summarizing project status, risks, recommendations, and outcomes.
• • Operate with flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-evolving environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
• • Partner with SSC and cross-functional leaders to drive change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• • Ensure all projects align with Risepoint policies and operational standards.
• • Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of enhancing student interactions after lead generation through omni-channel engagement strategies.
