• • As a Project Manager in Commercial Excellence – Value Outcomes at Solventum, you will drive financial and operational performance by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on business capability performance and project outcomes, directly contributing to revenue growth, cost savings, and productivity improvements.
• • You will work cross-functionally with commercial teams to establish a Commercial Excellence Index Score and develop measurable criteria for prioritizing projects, blending project management, business analysis, and financial oversight to support strategic decision-making.
