- • Support digital outreach campaigns by assisting with strategy development, content creation, and campaign execution across multiple digital channels.
- • Conduct quality assurance (QA) on digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- • Analyze campaign data to identify patterns, trends, and performance metrics that inform future communication strategies.
- • Document and optimize internal workflows and processes to improve team efficiency and reduce operational friction.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of member-focused digital communications.
- • Assist in the coding and formatting of email campaigns, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility across devices and platforms.
- • Maintain clean, organized datasets and reporting templates used for tracking campaign performance and member engagement.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance digital engagement through innovative approaches and member-centric insights.
- • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- • Contribute fresh, member-focused perspectives to improve the relevance and impact of digital communications.
- • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as part of the BlueBridge Internship Program.
- • Work remotely with the option to collaborate onsite at the Chattanooga, TN headquarters when desired.
- • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75 throughout the internship period.
- • Provide official transcripts as part of the application and onboarding process.
- • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset in all assigned tasks.
- • Ask thoughtful questions to deepen understanding of digital communication strategies and data-driven decision-making.
- • Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for deliverables.
- • Adhere to all company policies, including EEO and data privacy standards.
- • Commit to a full 12-month internship term from August 2026 to August 2027, with an ideal schedule of 40 hours per week and flexible scheduling options.
🎯 Requirements
- • Major in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- • Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
- • Minimum GPA of 2.75
- • Experience with email coding, data analysis, and documenting work processes
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Active college student who has completed at least two years of college, recent graduate, or enrolled in a Master’s/Doctoral program
