• • Your primary mission will be to eliminate internal friction, significantly reduce manual workloads, and enhance operational leverage across critical business functions including Sales, Professional Services, Internal Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and HR.
• • You will leverage modern AI tools and robust automation frameworks to deliver tangible results, saving valuable time, cutting operational costs, and accelerating execution speed across the organization.
• • The expectation is clear: you will ship working systems that demonstrably improve our business processes, not just conceptual ideas.
• • Your responsibilities will begin with Workflow Discovery & Prioritization, where you will deeply embed yourself within various business teams to meticulously observe and understand manual, repetitive, or high-friction processes.
• • You will be tasked with mapping these end-to-end workflows in detail, identifying specific opportunities where automation can yield the greatest impact.
• • A key part of this discovery phase involves quantifying the potential for time, cost, and risk reduction, providing a data-driven basis for prioritizing automation initiatives.
• • Following discovery, you will engage in Rapid Automation Development, building internal tools using a variety of powerful technologies.
• • This includes proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Node, or similar, essential for custom integrations and logic.
• • You will utilize cutting-edge LLM Coding Agents like Claude Code or Codex to accelerate development and generate efficient code.
• • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks, including libraries like LangChain and the implementation of vector databases, will be crucial for building intelligent, context-aware automations.
• • Your development efforts will extend to integrating these solutions with our existing internal systems, such as CRM platforms, Jira for project management, NetSuite for financial operations, and Microsoft Teams for communication.
• • The deployment of these automations must be secure, production-grade, and reliable, ensuring seamless integration into our daily operations.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve AI Application Design, where you will translate complex and often unstructured operational tasks into clear, structured automation logic.
• • You will be responsible for implementing necessary human-in-the-loop controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate oversight where human judgment is still critical.
• • Furthermore, you will ensure that all data handling and security protocols are rigorously followed, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• • It is important to understand what this role is NOT: it is not a product management position focused on external offerings, nor is it a pure AI research role exploring theoretical advancements.
