- • As the Manager of Internal Communications at Riveron, you will be instrumental in shaping and disseminating the firm's narrative, ensuring every professional is informed, inspired, and connected. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies that resonate with our dynamic and growing workforce, fostering a strong sense of identity and engagement across the organization.
- • You will serve as a key strategic partner to firm leadership and various stakeholders, translating business objectives into compelling communication plans. Your primary focus will be to articulate Riveron's unique identity and values, ensuring that our internal messaging is not only clear and consistent but also motivational, especially during this exciting period of firm expansion.
- • A core responsibility will be to engage our diverse employee base through a variety of sophisticated communication channels. This requires a deep understanding of audience segmentation and the ability to tailor messages effectively, ensuring that all employees, regardless of their role or location, feel connected to the firm's mission and progress.
- • You will be the driving force behind the firm's intranet, acting as the lead point of contact. This involves collaborating with teams and individuals across Riveron to curate and publish engaging content, establishing robust site governance, and actively managing the site as an administrator, working in tandem with our partner, Omnia.
- • A significant aspect of this role is operationalizing repeatable communication deliverables and programs. This means developing efficient processes that ensure consistent quality, drive continuous improvement, and are underpinned by rigorous data analysis to measure impact and identify areas for enhancement.
- • You will be responsible for benchmarking and actively addressing employee feedback. This includes strategizing and executing biannual employee engagement surveys and establishing two-way communication mechanisms that foster a culture of open dialogue and responsiveness.
- • Cultivating employee engagement will be achieved through transparent and authentic leadership communications. You will expand messaging to inform employees about pivotal developments, promote Riveron's distinctive culture, and celebrate the achievements of our talented individuals, reinforcing a positive and inclusive work environment.
- • Harnessing Riveron’s employee value proposition, you will conceive and craft innovative, engaging content. This content will span a wide range, including leadership announcements, impactful videos, informative slides, engaging newsletters, printed materials, win announcements, and critical diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) communications.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, business segments, local markets, and corporate functions to ensure that key initiatives and business priorities are communicated clearly and compellingly to diverse internal audiences.
- • Staying abreast of firm developments is crucial. You will proactively identify important news, events, organizational changes, and culture-building initiatives, ensuring employees are consistently aware and informed.
- • You will own the content strategy and execution for critical firmwide events, including quarterly Town Hall meetings and other leadership calls, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- • Furthermore, you will support content development for other vital firm touchpoints, such as managing director retreats, business segment meetings, and sales training sessions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of these key engagements.
- • This role also involves managing a global team, including a colleague based in India, requiring strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
- • You will leverage technology and tools essential for executing internal communications at scale, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of messages across all platforms.
- • Ultimately, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to foster a connected, informed, and engaged workforce that actively contributes to Riveron's continued success and growth.
