- • As an Internal Fullstack Engineer (Associate) in Huron’s AI Capability Center, you will design and build full-stack applications that power the firm’s AI and analytics solutions, directly enabling clients to drive growth, enhance performance, and sustain leadership through transformative change.
- • Day to day, you will develop reusable tools and frameworks, create intuitive front-end interfaces using React/JavaScript/TypeScript, build robust backend services in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), implement secure cloud integrations (Azure/AWS), apply DevOps/CI/CD practices, and collaborate with AI engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- • You will join Huron’s corporate team, working within a cross-functional delivery pod in the AI Tech Team, where accounting, finance, HR, IT, legal, marketing, and facilities professionals collaborate to support enterprise-wide strategies and enable real transformation for clients.
- • In this role, you will gain deep experience in enterprise AI application development, strengthen your full-stack expertise across modern cloud environments, and grow your ability to independently own solutions from concept to production while collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- • Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python for backend development
- • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
