- • Day to day, the person will review referral submissions, verify that candidate information is correctly entered (not the employee’s own), and confirm that employees have provided their own name and Exadel email for reward tracking.
- • The team operates within a global internal referral program designed to streamline hiring through employee networks, emphasizing accuracy and compliance in submission processes.
- • In this role, the individual will gain experience in HR operations, process compliance, and internal talent acquisition systems, while contributing to a scalable hiring initiative across a global organization.
