📋 Description

• Design and test localized incentive structures (e.g., cashback, points, gamification) tailored to regional consumer behavior across international markets.
• Audit and adapt existing loyalty programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with cultural expectations in each target market.
• Track and benchmark "Wallet Share" against local competitors to optimize incentive density and maintain a competitive advantage in each region.
• Leverage AI-driven predictive modeling to identify at-risk customer segments and deploy preemptive, personalized incentive offers to improve retention and long-term LTV.
• Manage global loyalty program budgets, including multi-currency promo spend and margin-sensitive burn rates across diverse financial environments.
• Partner with regional vendors and fulfillment partners to source and deliver culturally appropriate, localized reward experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and regional marketing teams to align incentive strategies with broader growth objectives.
• Translate behavioral economics principles into actionable loyalty tactics that account for cultural differences in reward perception and motivation.
• Continuously iterate on incentive programs based on performance data, A/B testing outcomes, and real-time market feedback.
• Ensure all loyalty initiatives are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with Tripadvisor’s cultural pillars of execution, traveler-first focus, and collaborative success.
• Maintain awareness of global travel industry trends and competitor loyalty programs to inform strategic adjustments and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, managing, or optimizing customer loyalty programs, incentive strategies, or high-volume retention campaigns.
• Deep understanding of behavioral economics and how incentive psychology varies across cultures.
• Ability to manage multi-currency promo budgets and analyze burn rates across diverse margin profiles.
• Familiarity with using AI for churn prediction and automated incentive optimization.
• Experience working with local vendors for regionalized reward fulfillment.
