📋 Description
- • Collaborate with Managers, Directors, and Partners to deliver international tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base.
- • Oversee engagements, review work prepared by team members, mentor junior staff, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients with global operations.
- • Work closely with a team of tax professionals to provide expert advice on complex cross-border tax compliance, reporting, and consulting matters.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- • Stay up-to-date with changes in U.S. tax laws and international tax regulations, applying this knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients.
- • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow the International Tax Practice.
- • Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in international tax, with a focus on U.S. taxation and cross-border tax compliance.
- • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws, including individual and corporate tax, and international tax regulations.
- • Experience working with multinational businesses and understanding their global operations.
- • Proven track record of delivering high-quality tax services and building strong client relationships.
