- • Support the Strategy team in developing and refining corporate and commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth in the aviation industry.
- • Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and business case assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
- • Assist in commercial strategy projects focused on sourcing, product development, partnerships, and market expansion for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
- • Build and analyze financial models to evaluate commercial performance and support data-driven insights.
- • Prepare materials for strategic workshops, presentations, and stakeholder alignment sessions with internal teams and leadership.
- • Contribute to business improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing internal processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, commercial, and corporate functions to execute strategic initiatives.
- • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, align on priorities, and ensure strategic projects reflect business needs.
- • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to SAF adoption and aviation sustainability.
- • Participate in strategic planning cycles and contribute to long-term business roadmaps aligned with SkyNRG’s mission.
- • Support the company’s sustainability goals by contributing to initiatives that advance the transition to high-integrity SAF.
- • Work in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven environment where strategic input directly impacts real-world emissions reduction.
- • Gain exposure to industry standards including RSB EU RED, CORSIA, and the Book & Claim mechanism for traceable sustainability.
- • Attend and contribute to internal and external strategic discussions with global partners, airlines, and corporate clients.
- • Help translate strategic insights into actionable plans and clear communication materials for diverse audiences.
- • Operate with autonomy while maintaining structure and attention to detail in managing multiple concurrent projects.
- • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex challenges in the sustainable energy and aviation sectors.
- • Contribute to a purpose-driven organization with an independent Sustainability Board providing strategic guidance on feedstocks and sustainability issues.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s student enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Sustainability, Energy, or a related field for the full duration of the internship
- • Strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business improvement
- • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- • Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modelling or data analysis is a plus
- • Strong communication and storytelling skills
- • Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- • Professional level of English, both written and spoken
- • Full-time availability for a 6-month internship
- • Strong interest in SkyNRG’s mission, the energy transition, and building a more sustainable aviation industry
