- • As a Strategy & M&A Intern at Flip App Inc., you will play an active role in shaping the strategy of a rapidly growing scale-up, partnering directly with the Senior Vice President Strategy & Growth and the leadership team to analyze market and business data, structure challenges with a hypothesis-driven mindset, and develop actionable recommendations that drive corporate strategy, go-to-market, product focus, and potential M&A projects.
- • Day to day, you will conduct market assessments, competitive and customer analysis, product strategy evaluations, persona and buyer journey analysis, GTM metrics investigation, M&A screening, financial modeling for potential targets, and potentially support due diligence and early-phase reviews.

- • In this role, you will develop strong analytical, strategic, and presentation skills, gain hands-on experience in M&A processes and corporate strategy within a tech scale-up, and grow professionally through close mentorship from senior leadership while contributing to real business decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a Master's or advanced Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, Economics, or a related field
- • Availability for at least 3 months, ideally starting in July or August
- • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and able to create visually compelling presentations for management and the board
- • Strong communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- • Proactive, reliable, and a true team player
- • Initial practical experience in Strategy Consulting, Advisory (e.g., Big 4), Business Development, or M&A is a major plus
