📋 Description

• • As an Intervenant(e) en prévention des risques professionnels (IPRP), you will play a key role in protecting worker health and safety by supporting companies in identifying, assessing, and reducing occupational risks within a multidisciplinary occupational health service.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting on-site workplace actions (visits, observations, job analyses), producing and updating company risk files, identifying and prioritizing physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, and organizational risks, and formulating prevention recommendations using the hierarchy of controls.
• • You will help design and monitor realistic action plans, lead safety awareness sessions and training, participate in CSE meetings and accident investigations when needed, and contribute to collective prevention initiatives such as campaigns, workshops, and webinars.
• • You will work within Prévenir, an innovative SPSTI (Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail Interentreprises) serving approximately 14,000 workers in Île-de-France, operating from a central Paris location with a hybrid model of field and remote interventions.
