đź“‹ Description
- • As an Inventory Analyst at Flock Safety, you will serve as the critical operational control point bridging automated system logic and real-world supply chain execution, directly supporting enterprise OKRs by reducing Order-to-Install (O2I) median and eliminating unnecessary expedited shipping costs through proactive inventory governance.
- • You will independently review and govern all BOT-generated and manual orders to ensure proper fulfillment methods and sourcing locations, review Non-NDA orders to adjust quantities to Master Carton sizes, eliminate duplicates, and consolidate shipments via UPS Hundredweight, LTL, or Truckload, and proactively rebalance inventory between hubs and sheds to support minimum stock levels and reduce emergency replenishment events.
- • You will manage the full lifecycle of the Mounts & Cables commodity, including replenishment governance, obsolescence mitigation, and BOT rule refinement, while identifying automation errors and inefficiencies to transition the system from reactive activity to a hub-based LTL replenishment cadence.
- • You will partner with field technicians, warehouse teams, and product management to resolve fulfillment gaps, work autonomously to solve unique problems and identify root causes in automated ordering systems, and leverage strong analytical and decision-making skills within inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- • You will join a high-performance, low-ego team at Flock Safety, a leading safety technology platform trusted by over 5,000 communities, 4,500 law enforcement agencies, and 1,000 businesses, where you’ll tackle big challenges, move fast, and continuously improve in an intense but deeply rewarding environment focused on making an impact.
- • You will gain deep expertise in hub-based distribution models, freight optimization across LTL, truckload, and parcel, and automated planning systems, while developing proficiency in ERP, WMS, and Google Sheets for inventory troubleshooting, positioning yourself for advancement in supply chain and operations leadership.
