- • The Inventory Control Coordinator, 2nd Shift is a critical role responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing materials within the ERP system, overseeing finished goods inventories, and conducting annual physical inventories to ensure smooth production operations and timely access to necessary materials.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory transactions, conducting cycle counts for accuracy, supporting production floor operations by kitting jobs and issuing parts, managing ERP system data, assisting with inventory planning and surplus disposal, and providing warehouse support such as receiving, unloading, and organizing materials.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in inventory control systems, gain hands-on experience with ERP/MRP and WMS platforms, strengthen your ability to analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies, and contribute directly to the efficiency and scalability of high-tech manufacturing operations supporting AI infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
- • Proficiency with MRP or ERP systems
- • Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling materials
- • Forklift experience (bonus)
- • Experience conducting cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
- • Willingness to participate in drug and alcohol program as a safety-sensitive role
