Inventory & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • The Inventory & Operations Manager will take full ownership of inventory planning, purchasing, logistics, and fulfillment operations, bringing structure to fragmented systems and improving inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and operational control for a fast-growing consumer brand supporting U.S.-based clients.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning inventory planning across Extensiv, WMS, and spreadsheets; managing purchase orders and inbound timelines; auditing and adjusting min/max inventory levels; reconciling data across systems; managing 3PL relationships; monitoring fulfillment performance; leading cost reduction initiatives; negotiating with carriers and suppliers; creating operational visibility; driving SKU rationalization; building scalable reporting; and collaborating closely with the COO and CEO to provide data-backed recommendations while maintaining execution ownership.

• • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in end-to-end inventory and operations management, gain hands-on experience with systems like Extensiv and WMS, strengthen data-driven decision-making in imperfect data environments, build vendor and 3PL management skills, and grow leadership capabilities by working directly with executive leadership in a high-ownership, fast-paced setting.
