- • As an Investment Banking Winter Analyst in Infrastructure M&A Advisory, you will support high-impact financial transactions that drive value for infrastructure clients across renewable power, energy, digital, transportation, and public-private partnerships, contributing directly to deal execution and strategic advisory work.
- • Day to day, you will assist in developing complex financial models using VBA and macros, conduct due diligence with third-party advisors, prepare client presentations, research target companies and sectors, support equity and debt offerings and M&A transactions, and maintain firm marketing materials including pitch decks, all while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that may require extended hours.

🎯 Requirements
- • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
- • Graduating by Summer/Fall 2027
- • Minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0
- • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly verbally and in writing
- • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- • Committed to producing accurate work under tight deadlines
