- • As an Investment Manager at Xapo Limited, you will work alongside the Head of Investments to source, assess, structure, and monitor Bitcoin lending opportunities, playing a key role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy in the digital asset space.
- • Day to day, you will conduct counterparty due diligence, design secured lending structures, monitor portfolio risk and collateral, build financial models, engage with external counterparties, contribute to investment documentation, and maintain rigorous process hygiene across diligence files and dashboards.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in structured credit and crypto lending, sharpen your financial modeling and risk analysis skills, gain exposure to legal and documentation workflows, and grow as a trusted partner in a high-performance, globally collaborative team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, structured lending, credit, treasury, risk, or buy-side roles, with direct experience in structured credit, margin, repo, or collateralized lending strongly preferred.
- • Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, FRM, or equivalent professional certification in progress or completed.
- • Demonstrated credit judgment, including end-to-end counterparty due diligence covering financials, liquidity, leverage, collateral analysis, covenants, and early-warning indicators.
- • Proficiency in structuring literacy: familiarity with term sheets, security/collateral packages, margining, ISDA/CSA, GMRA/GMSLA, or loan agreements, and ability to translate risk appetite into structural triggers and reporting.
- • Practical experience with risk tooling such as stress/scenario analysis, sensitivities, and basic VaR/limit frameworks for decision support.
- • Experience with modern modeling tools and AI to enhance scenario analysis and forecasting.
- • Strong documentation and communication skills: ability to produce crisp IC memos, red-lined edits, meeting notes, and action logs with minimal supervision.
- • Process hygiene: maintaining audit-ready diligence files, checklists, data rooms, and trackers with low error rates and high iteration speed.
- • Comfortable leading parts of counterparty meetings, coordinating data rooms, chasing deliverables, and negotiating factual points professionally.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellence in written and verbal communication.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership, low ego, and reliability under pressure.
- • Enthusiasm and drive to uphold high-quality standards while creatively identifying safe capacity and better economics within risk limits.
- • Interest in crypto welcomed; prior experience not required as domain-specific training will be provided.
