📋 Description
- • Join Centrifuge Labs, Inc., a pioneering force in the tokenization of real-world assets, and play a critical role in shaping the future of finance. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Operations Associate to manage the intricate day-to-day operations of our live tokenized asset funds. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry, working with cutting-edge technology and collaborating with leading financial institutions and innovative engineering teams.
- • As an Investment Operations Associate, you will be the operational linchpin for our tokenized investment products, ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of capital between traditional financial systems and our on-chain smart contracts. Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of these funds, from initial setup and ongoing management to settlement and reconciliation. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our investment operations, directly contributing to the success and growth of our platform.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve managing capital flows for prominent funds such as JTRSY and JAAA. This includes overseeing subscription and redemption processes, ensuring accurate NAV calculations, and managing the distribution of income and principal. You will be responsible for the meticulous tracking of all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- • You will act as the operational backbone for our investment products, requiring a deep understanding of both traditional investment operations and the emerging landscape of decentralized finance. This dual perspective will enable you to bridge the gap between these two worlds, facilitating smoother operations and driving innovation.
- • Collaboration will be key in this role. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks. By translating real-world operational challenges into actionable insights, you will help optimize our financial infrastructure and contribute to the development of scalable platform improvements. Your feedback will be invaluable in shaping the future of our technology and ensuring it meets the demands of a growing asset management business.
- • You will be responsible for the reconciliation of all cash and positions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This involves comparing internal records with external statements and resolving any discrepancies promptly. The ability to perform thorough and accurate reconciliations is paramount to maintaining the trust and confidence of our investors and partners.
- • Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of investor reports, performance commentaries, and other ad-hoc reporting requirements. This will involve gathering data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, and presenting it in a clear and concise manner. Your contribution to reporting will provide crucial insights into fund performance and operational efficiency.
- • You will also play a role in the ongoing development and refinement of operational processes and procedures. This includes documenting workflows, identifying areas for automation, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk. Your proactive approach to process improvement will be highly valued.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of investment fund accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with various asset classes, including fixed income and equities, will be beneficial. Experience with fund administration platforms and accounting software is also desirable.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience in the rapidly growing field of tokenized assets and decentralized finance. You will be part of a dynamic and well-funded company backed by leading investors, with a clear vision for the future of asset management. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of Centrifuge, a company that has already achieved significant milestones, including $1B in assets locked on its platform and partnerships with industry giants like S&P Dow Jones Indices.
- • By joining Centrifuge, you will contribute to building the open infrastructure for real-world assets at scale, leveraging both traditional financial rigor and a proactive openness to integrating automated, agentic processes. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to be part of a revolution in financial services.
