📋 Description

• • As an Investor Relations Manager at Nebius Group N.V., you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s external financial narrative and communicating its performance and vision to the investment community, ensuring transparent and consistent messaging that supports market confidence and long-term value creation.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting quarterly earnings preparation by gathering business updates and developing shareholder letters, scripts, presentations, and Q&A materials; building cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams; collaborating with Finance, Communications, and Legal on earnings calls, investor presentations, and roadshows; developing financial models to analyze AI hardware/software dynamics and revenue drivers; conducting competitive and strategic analysis on industry trends and peer performance; and helping automate IR processes to improve efficiency.
