- • Collect, transform, and integrate property data from multiple sources into tabular investor reports used in the fund closing process for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) multi-investor real estate funds.
- • Maintain investor pipeline reports and ensure internal record-keeping systems are current and accurate.
- • Coordinate with Acquisitions and Underwriting teams to respond to investor questions and requests regarding property data and fund documentation.
- • Support investor due diligence and closing processes by preparing and organizing required documentation and facilitating third-party reviews.
- • Assist in preparing materials for investor meetings and portfolio reviews, including financial summaries and compliance updates.
- • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of LIHTC underwriting standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes.
- • Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- • Travel up to 10% for internal events, conferences, and investor meetings as required.
- • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large datasets and financial documentation.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external investors to ensure alignment on data requirements and reporting timelines.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accountability and timeliness.
- • Apply strong financial analysis and writing skills to produce clear, concise, and professional investor-facing reports.
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data merging, transformation, and reporting; familiarity with Salesforce integration is a plus.
- • Maintain organized records and ensure all data inputs align with internal systems and external investor expectations.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the Investor Relations team.
- • Support Enterprise’s mission to advance racial equity and increase access to affordable housing through accurate, transparent reporting and data management.
