• As an IP Product Operations Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of intellectual property (IP) management and product operations within a fast-paced, innovative semiconductor company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the intricate processes that underpin the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI hardware and software.
• You will work closely with our experienced product management, engineering, and legal teams, contributing to critical operational tasks that ensure the smooth execution of our IP product strategies. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, possess a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about the intersection of technology, product development, and intellectual property.
• Your responsibilities will span a range of essential functions, including assisting in the tracking and management of IP assets, supporting the documentation of product requirements and specifications, and contributing to the organization and maintenance of product-related data. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our IP portfolio is well-managed and readily accessible for internal teams.
• A key aspect of this role involves supporting the product lifecycle management processes. This includes aiding in the coordination of product releases, helping to gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders, and contributing to the development of operational playbooks and best practices. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development and launch cycles.
• You will gain exposure to the complexities of IP licensing and compliance, assisting with the preparation of necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. This will provide invaluable insight into the legal and business aspects of semiconductor IP.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and documentation repositories. This involves organizing technical documents, product specifications, and other critical information to ensure easy access and retrieval for all relevant teams.
• The internship will also involve supporting cross-functional communication and collaboration. You will help facilitate information flow between engineering, marketing, sales, and legal departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned on product roadmaps, feature sets, and operational requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity tools.
• Eagerness to learn about intellectual property, product operations, and the semiconductor industry.
