- • Join Tenstorrent, a trailblazer in AI technology, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of high-performance computing. We are at the forefront of revolutionizing AI performance, user experience, and cost-effectiveness, driven by a deep understanding of how AI is fundamentally reshaping the computing landscape. Our mission is to unify innovations across software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors to deliver unparalleled AI solutions.
- • As an IP Product Operations Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of intellectual property (IP) management and product operations within a fast-paced, innovative semiconductor company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the intricate processes that underpin the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI hardware and software.
- • You will work closely with our experienced product management, engineering, and legal teams, contributing to critical operational tasks that ensure the smooth execution of our IP product strategies. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, possess a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about the intersection of technology, product development, and intellectual property.
- • Your responsibilities will span a range of essential functions, including assisting in the tracking and management of IP assets, supporting the documentation of product requirements and specifications, and contributing to the organization and maintenance of product-related data. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our IP portfolio is well-managed and readily accessible for internal teams.
- • A key aspect of this role involves supporting the product lifecycle management processes. This includes aiding in the coordination of product releases, helping to gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders, and contributing to the development of operational playbooks and best practices. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development and launch cycles.
- • You will gain exposure to the complexities of IP licensing and compliance, assisting with the preparation of necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. This will provide invaluable insight into the legal and business aspects of semiconductor IP.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and documentation repositories. This involves organizing technical documents, product specifications, and other critical information to ensure easy access and retrieval for all relevant teams.
- • The internship will also involve supporting cross-functional communication and collaboration. You will help facilitate information flow between engineering, marketing, sales, and legal departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned on product roadmaps, feature sets, and operational requirements.
- • You will have the opportunity to participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas where operational efficiency can be enhanced and contributing to the implementation of new tools and workflows. Your fresh perspective will be highly valued as we continuously strive to optimize our operations.
- • This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be expected to take initiative, ask clarifying questions, and contribute meaningfully to team projects.
- • By the end of this internship, you will have developed a comprehensive understanding of IP product operations in the semiconductor industry, honed your analytical and problem-solving skills, and built a strong foundation for a career in product management, operations, or IP law.
- • You will be part of a diverse and passionate team of technologists who have developed a high-performance RISC-V CPU from scratch. We share a collective passion for AI and a deep-seated desire to build the best AI platform possible, fostering an environment where collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems are paramount.
- • This internship is an exceptional chance to contribute to a company that is not just participating in the AI revolution but actively leading it, offering a platform for you to grow, learn, and make a tangible impact.
