- • Irish Speaking Customer Service Advisor role providing essential support to customers via phone, email, and web chat while working remotely from home.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer enquiries with professionalism, identifying vulnerable customers, adapting communication approaches, managing escalated queries with empathy, and accurately logging interactions across multiple channels.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent Irish (Gaeilge) speaker
- • Strong English communication skills
- • Previous experience in a similar customer service role
- • Proficient in using multiple computer applications and software simultaneously
- • Self-motivated with ability to take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution
