  • • Take ownership of the complete lifecycle management for all hardware and software assets within Datasite LLC, ensuring meticulous tracking and accurate inventory.
  • • Leverage a sophisticated IT Asset Management (ITAM) system to monitor, manage, analyze, and evaluate software licenses and hardware assets, understanding their allocation and utilization across the entire organization.
  • • Act as the central point of contact for all hardware and software requests, diligently reviewing, processing, and monitoring these submissions from users, providing regular status updates.
  • • Proactively manage the processing, monitoring, and reporting of software license needs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • • Serve as the subject matter expert for IT asset and license management, providing guidance on best practices and procedures for tracking the entire lifecycle of these critical resources.
  • • Ensure that asset and license usage aligns with, and does not exceed, justified business requirements, contributing to operational efficiency and cost savings.
  • • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date IT asset management database, serving as the central repository for all IT hardware, software assets, equipment, and licenses.
  • • Drive the management of software assets throughout their entire ITAM lifecycle, focusing on assigned portfolios of products, services, and geographies, with a goal of achieving consistent global coverage and accountability.
  • • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop and sustain an accurate and complete asset inventory, facilitating robust reporting across all organizational departments.
  • • Oversee the management of all information pertaining to licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the company's extensive hardware and software portfolio.
  • • Generate detailed monthly reports on all IT hardware and software assets, providing clear insights into the company's asset landscape.
  • • Conduct regular, thorough audits of the organization's IT assets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and identify any discrepancies or opportunities for optimization.
  • • Spearhead and execute all asset management lifecycle activities, from the initial requisition phase through to final disposal, ensuring a streamlined and compliant process.
  • • Play a key role in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning and de-provisioning of IT assets and licenses for employees.
  • • Skillfully adjust excess software licenses as needed, adhering strictly to software licensing terms and conditions to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • • Diligently monitor the procurement and deployment of all software and other IT-related assets, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • • Ensure that project and department milestones and goals are achieved within allocated budgetary constraints, demonstrating financial acumen.
  • • Take charge of procuring all end-user hardware requests, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate specifications.
  • • Direct and meticulously oversee the deployment of both hardware and software assets, guaranteeing that all established procedures are strictly followed for consistency and security.
  • • Define, develop, and champion IT asset management standards and best practices throughout the organization, fostering a culture of efficient asset utilization.
  • • Develop and implement robust policies and processes designed to effectively control and maintain IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • • Drive the development, implementation, tracking, and reporting of continuous improvements within the IT asset management function, seeking ongoing optimization.
  • • Oversee the entire PC Lifecycle, including strategic planning for asset acquisition, proactive replacement cycles, and responsible disposal of outdated equipment.
