- • As a Senior Product Manager (Superapp) at Lendable Ltd, you will take full ownership of product lines from concept to scale, driving strategic decisions that directly impact the company’s growth trajectory in the UK and US markets. Reporting to the VP of Product but operating with significant autonomy, you will shape Lendable’s next-generation financial products by leveraging AI, machine learning, and novel data sources to redefine consumer finance experiences for millions of users.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with the VP of Product and Managing Director to develop long-term product strategies (5–10+ years), translating market trends and consumer insights into actionable product roadmaps, and leading end-to-end discovery and ideation workshops with senior stakeholders to validate new product concepts from 0→1.
- • You will lead large, cross-functional engineering squads through sprint planning, roadmap sessions, and daily stand-ups, ensuring high-velocity delivery while making critical product decisions that influence technical architecture, prioritisation, and system design. This involves deep technical collaboration with engineers on implementation trade-offs, conducting SQL-based data analysis and user testing to generate insights, and anticipating regulatory, operational, and technical bottlenecks to orchestrate dependencies across teams.
- • Operating within Lendable’s flat, high-ownership structure, you will collaborate closely with design, data, finance, operations, and marketing teams to align on value propositions, pricing models, scalable operational frameworks, and acquisition strategies, while continuously validating assumptions post-launch through experimentation and analytics to ensure product-market fit and sustainable growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of product management experience; 5+ years in product, strategy, or analytics
- • Proven success taking new products from concept → launch → early scale
- • Experience leading large engineering teams or multi-squad delivery in high-growth or ambiguous environments
- • Expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven development
- • Technical fluency: SQL proficiency required; bonus for coding familiarity
- • Experience building complex regulated financial products (e.g. current accounts, debit cards, lending) is a strong bonus
