• • As a Producer at Sportygroup B.V., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the editorial vision and live execution of a next-generation sports broadcasting platform focused on delivering high-energy, football-centric programming to South African audiences. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, relevance, and engagement of daily studio shows, ensuring they meet broadcast standards while resonating with local fans through compelling storytelling and timely sports narratives.
• • You will own the end-to-end production of live and recorded studio content, including building and managing detailed rundowns, segment structures, and show flow; leading live broadcast execution with precision in timing, pacing, and technical coordination; overseeing scripting, talking points, and editorial alignment with presenters, analysts, and journalists; collaborating closely with the Technical Director and Graphics team during live transmissions; identifying key sports stories and angles—especially in football; ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and brand tone consistency; conducting post-show reviews to drive continuous improvement; and partnering with digital teams to create cutdowns and maximise content reach across platforms.
